Shannon SThe 20' rental truck was quite old and had $173k miles on it when I drove it off the lot. Although I didn't know it at the time it was leaking differential fluid all over my driveway as I loaded it. The truck made the 3 hour trip to my destination but the differential broke on my way back about 1.5 hours from my house. It was 7pm and the U-haul representative sent a mechanic even though I suggested a haul due to the grinding metal sound I hear. I waited 90 minutes for the mechanic to show up to make the call that nothing could be done on site. I then waited 40 additional minutes for U-Haul to try and locate a tow truck. They finally found one 90 minutes out. I sat on the side of the road at night as cars whipped by at 70 mph in the night for 4 hours. Very unpleasant experience.

Jason SLady at the desk was very helpful and polite. My husband left his glasses and she made sure to leave me a voicemail letting me know he had in fact left them behind. I would recommend this u-haul location to family and friends.
