Go to any other location other than this. The office was unlocked but no one was in the office and when I rung the ring doorbell several times, the guy told me that no one was available to help me even tho it was during store hours. I told him that I needed help getting the keys out of the lockbox and when he finally showed up, he yelled at me. Very Very Rude person. Several customers have came and gone in the 25 minutes I was standing outside and they didn't care. two guys were sitting outside the building in chairs, looked to be an apartment complex/u-haul rental.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe were running a little late for our pickup, but this location called and I explained our checkout time was a little later than I thought. They were very kind with the time change and helpful when we got there hooking up and making sure all the trailer lights worked. I also enjoyed the texted link to take pictures before and after which made it very easy.
Jenn BWhen I returned the truck on Saturday I scanned the QR code and it didn't go to the site to turn the truck in it went to a site to rent the truck. I was charged for another full day's rental because of that so I wasn't very pleased at all
