There was nothing wromg with the location. I will say when I dropped it off they told me that my reservation was for only 2 days and that when I dropped it off, I was 2 days late. My reservation had been confirmed for 4 days, online and by 2 separate employees for UHaul. One being the GM for Lakeland, FL. I explained to him everything prior to drop off the day before and he assured me that he had "fixed" everything. My drop off time was scheduled for 1:30pm. He also assured me that I had until 9 pm to drop off the trailer and there would be no additional charge or penalties. However, when I showed up at 5pm to drop-off I was told that I owed $89 for late equipment and late drop off. I called the office number for uhaul and the guy was no help at all. So I have received a bill for $89 that I am responsible for paying, when I was told by 2 separate Uhaul employees (one being a GM) that there would be no additional charge. This was of no fault of the the owner of the pick up or drop off locations, as they were both very helpful, but VERY poor customer service from UHAUL.
