How U-Haul Reviews WorkDefinitely the place to rent from service was great
Andre lMy pickup experience was in general very good. I was disappointed in the fact that I could not get a printed copy of the rental agreement at the time of pick-up. Apparently it is UHaul policy or procedure to make that available only by email and or text. This also happened to me in previous rentals with Uhaul a couple of years ago. My phone does not have document receiving capabilities, and I would really rather have a copy in hand before getting on the road. Otherwise, the experience was fantastic.
