Allan SWhen I picked up the van, the gas tank was three-quarters full. I used about one-quarter of a tank, but when I stopped to refuel, I was unsure how much gas to add and ended up filling the tank completely. I asked the clerk at the facility if they could credit me for the extra gas I paid for and apply it to my next rental, which would be in a month or two, but they declined. I have never rented a vehicle that did not start with a full tank, and I did not realize the tank was only three-quarters full until I completed the pre-check just before leaving and this was the only van they had.
