Clean out the voicemail box at location
Leslie MYou need to have a better system for the paperwork end of things. It was a nightmare trying to get into your webpage. There was shoddy, internet connection, and very, very frustration time. You need to go back to the paper forms.Not only we were having issues. There was other people in the store having the same issues. We were there for over an hour. Trying to connect to your site, this was not an pleasant experience at all. I even downloaded your app in my home and I still could not get into it Very very frustrated
branda lEveryone at the Langford location ended up being fantastic and worked to accommodate me. HOWEVER. I originally booked online at the 776-790 Topaz Ave location. They called me the next day to tell me they didn’t actually have any available (despite showing available online). This was already very inconvenient and the woman on the phone was extremely rude about it. I also ended up having to go much further to the Langford location and add a LOT of extra mileage to the cost of my rental. Very unhappy with the overall uhaul experience thanks to that. Again goldstream location was great, downtown Victoria location and uhaul overall were awful.
