I returned the vehicle one day ahead and with 1/8 more of gas than what I had to but I use the vehicle for 7 more miles than the ones allotted and that charge it to me.

jhonnnatan eI was very disappointed with the level of professionalism at the vehicle return location. One of the staff members was extremely rude, disrespectful, and behaved inappropriately toward me. His attitude was completely unacceptable and made the return experience unnecessarily unpleasant. U-Haul should ensure its staff treat customers with basic courtesy and professionalism.
