How U-Haul Reviews WorkIssues with billing and placing fees on account that do not belong. It’s happened to me 3 times
DAWNA WIt was very easy pick up and drop off
Guesly TI had a good experience until the end . I dont like how this new system works . I was finished with the truck and wanted to return the the truck at a location that was walking distance for where I finished my destination but I was inconvenience and was bullied into returning the truck to another location that wasn't in my area. when I rent a truck I dont like to pay and inconvenience at the same time and told where to bring the truck when im walking distance from one of your main locations. I really would appreciate it yall correct this because it not good for a paying customer to be given the run around in 1000 degree weather j2
