Had to drop off After Hours. It was fairly dark by the box and in the parking lot and would be easier to see with more lighting. Otherwise, it worked out well. People were helpful when I called afterwards.

It was a dropoff No one was there. They were closed.
William OI was told I could return it to any U-Haul location that’s why I got the bigger truck. I ended up having to double my mileage just to return it to the location I got it from which was annoying. I could have saved myself paying for a whole day and the extra miles.
Jesse HI was told to take pictures of the trailer before I left, which I did. But wasn't told to upload them before leaving the lot with the trailer. So when I got home with the trailer I was unable to uplaod photos because the link had expired.
Shelby BThe process was easier than expected, the truck was clean and all ready to go. The only issue was the ac on our truck would only go to the windshield and wouldn’t change with the dial.
