I was told to take pictures of the trailer before I left, which I did. But wasn't told to upload them before leaving the lot with the trailer. So when I got home with the trailer I was unable to uplaod photos because the link had expired.

The process was easier than expected, the truck was clean and all ready to go. The only issue was the ac on our truck would only go to the windshield and wouldn’t change with the dial.

RICHARD SChecked equipment in a couple days early. Person seemed uninterested. Then a get a phone call that equipment was late. Obviously didn't do check in of equipment correctly.
