The text I got for the reservation, which I followed to the app, did not highlight or explain the steps I needed to take to complete the reservation. I have an Android phone if that helps. This delayed our pickup by 45 minutes.
BRIAN BWe mayyyybe drove the U-Haul 8 miles but I would be so shocked if it was even that far, and we were charged for 20 miles. I asked to see a receipt ahead of time because it seemed high but she said it would be emailed after. I watched her read the odometer so I trusted it was fine, but nope. Definitely got overcharged which is frustrating.
