You have great office people. Trying to use the code outside to return to the truck was tricky in trying to answer the questions. Tough to get the app to accept the answers, but I think I finally got it right. It seems like taking a picture of the odometer and the showing the fuel gauge full should have be enough but I had to answer the questions again.

My trucks AC died partway through my trip from salt lake to San Diego. I had the hottest part of the drive with no AC. Otherwise truck was great. Customer service was fantastic at both pick up and drop off
