Eddie WI picked up the truck with only 127 miles left in the tank (~1/4 tank) when my contract should’ve shown I was going to drive >130 miles. Would’ve been nice to have more gas in the tank.
Drew S2nd time I’ve used this location for my u-haul needs. My only problem is returning the trucks with the correct amount of gas. Trying to get the exact amount is difficult, I over paid by a lot to avoid and extra fees. How about you pick it up with a full tank and you return it with a full tank?
JOHN KWhen I arrived at first location, no one was there. This location when I showed up, the equipment was being used as storage and I had to wait for the attendant to remove a lot of items from it while they transferred all the contents to another trailer.
