Great customer service. I was not able to use the app properly but the agent (Natasha - I believe her name was) walked me through the process with links sent to my phone and stayed on the phone through each step. Even the young lady at the desk of the tax service next door was pleasant and allowed me to come inside out of the heat. Will definitely be renting from them again.
Aiyanna ONo one came out to help from uhaul luckily this place is behind a auto mechanic shop so the mechanics helped attach the car the lady who worked the front desk was no help she smoked a cigarette and didn’t come to check on us until we had the car attached
KEVIN GAfter doing the self check in at another location this was excellent. The other locations we spent over an hour trying to get a truck. The place was not open. It says 1030 to 5. Then when we called u haul to get the key it was not in the little key box and the U-Haul box the code that she gave did not work. So I don’t suggest the other place if it is a Sunday it was a hassle and a big hold up. We did not get a chance to finish the moving we ran out of time. But this place save the day. Very easy and they where calm and patient
