I cannot assess this location other than to say it was easy to find and they kicked out a post check in receipt by the next day. The location was closed when I returned the truck and tow dolly and there was no one to interact with. The site looked well kept and orderly so my assessment is based on those things.
Lawrence PThis location needs to hire more competent employees that have general knowledge on how things work such as strapping vehicles down etc…and get rid of the ones that have poor attitudes and aren’t willing to learn. I will say all management for the most part are awesome from Joe the owner to Mike the district manager(or whatever his position is)all the way down to Rico the store manager,
