The office has no outdoor sign displaying Uhual or customer entry. It doubles as a warehouse for aircraft maintenance and they have a police siren alarm that triggers when you get close to the entryway making it seem very odd and not at all like a business entryway. The lot is easily accessable for trailers. The technician helped me load the trailer onto my hitch. The site did not supply or sell any wiring adapters, so I had to leave to get an adapter offsite which is a pain in the rear. The cashier was polite and friendly, but the office seemed to not even have AC and the process was quite slow (seemed they have slow/poor internet connection). Not sure why I couldn't get my original pickup location in town and drove past 2 other uhaul facilities that had trailers before arriving at this location. The trailer itself had good tires, but electrical harness was worn out (didn't want to stay plugged into the socket and eventually fell out of the socket during travel which destroyed the connector). The trailer seemed old and beat up. Door didn't open easily, trailer lighs were dim.
