Guy was RUDE upon arrival and said he couldn’t take the return. Didn’t explain why. Threw his hands up and said he couldn’t take it and for us to go to Alcoa. Not the drop off. Then helped another customer (a young girl) and we sat and called U-Haul. I forced a return online while I got disconnected three times from U-Haul. Guy needs to be removed from U-Haul service and customer service needs to undergo proper training.
