Pick up time was 11am. I received a call stating the lights on the trailer were inoperative, it would be ready at 1pm. I arrived at 1pm and location was closed. Sign in window said "out to lunch back at 1:30". Agent was unapologetic. I had a car transport reserved at this location for a later date and he was happy to cancel it for me. I have delt with this location on two occasions and had issues both times.
