BRANDON WThe need to inspect there trailer when dropped off after use. The electrical system didnt work on the original trailer i rented so they gave me the other that was on the lot with expectation I return it because that was a local travel trailer. When renting a trailer its to be dropped off where you are using it, that is the whole purpose. Driving an empty trailer 3.5 hours back home to drop off at uhaul location was HELL.! A safety risk on a 70 mph highway only able to drive 55-60 mph. It bounced all over the hwy pulling my truck hard and it was kind of scary. Very disappointed! They need better quality equipment!
Stephanie JWe were originally quoted $55 and then a $10 appliance Dolly was added by me totaling $65 plus mileage. But we ended up having a gas leak in the U-Haul we got. It apparently wasn’t checked over beforehand like it was supposed to be and then we had to switch to a different U-Haul and we’re charged all over again totally $195 for a 24 hour timeframe with this U-Haul. I think we were way overcharged, especially with the difficulty we experienced with a gas leak in the first vehicle and having to eliminate three hours of our moving time. you also did not give us any extra time added on for the inconvenience. So we were double charged and not given more time. Won’t be using your services again!
