To be completely honest, we waited for an hour at the location just to get the key, there were no lights on the dash so driving in the dark I had to use a flashlight to see the speedometer, the vehicle had no running lights, I paid for blankets and an appliance dolly but they did not have any and despite being specifically told I could drop it off anywhere I got flagged for dropping off the truck at a different location which made getting a U-Haul the next day impossible. I appreciate the idea of what the service is but the execution overall made moving more difficult than it would have been without getting a U-Haul

Jacquelyn BThe young woman had no clue about what I needed to do to check in the trailer. I had to go back to the location two days after dropping off because they did not contact me as I was told they would do. Claimed technical problems with check-in process but a phone call would have been nice or an email.
