Scheduled a pickup time of 10:30am. Reserved for 10 hours. Picked up around 10am. Returned around 2:30-3:00pm same day. Was charged $20 extra for after-hours drop because the location stated I returned it at 8pm.

Robert WThe trailer was scheduled to be returned on July 3. I arrived around 10am and they were closed. Luckily, an employee was walking around and said that he would just check it in on his phone and send me a copy of the invoice. That was done. What would have happened if I had not seen him walking around?
