This pickup experience was awful. The attendant had the keys in the wrong lockbox. What should have taken a few minutes took an hour. The online process asked for two people to confirm my identity, employment (even though I don’t work), passport, etc. Obnoxious process. I had to call the “800” line for resolution.

The personnel were extremely helpful, but there was human waste on the ground outside the trucks.
Charles MEmployee had not checked in the truck from the previous person. It took a while to figure out what to do. I was also originally supposed to pickup in another location but someone called me to tell me I had to drive an extra 30 minutes away to pick it up here. Which costed me miles on the rental
Brady GMy dolly was not in the truck. No person to help made for a long pick up. Pittsburgh has many Uhaul locations, we would have preferred a uhaul store.
