She was extremely helpful and fixed my reservation at pick up, as the man in Fort Collins who made my reservation did not fill out my forms correctly and had me dropping off four hours from where I was taking the trailer.

Had no issues. As I came into town, I wanted to drop off my car mover first and the truck later, and they were very accommodating. Highly recommended!

Carlos NHave functioning computers Open when pickup scheduled (U Haul changed location from one that did open at scheduled time but did not change time to match the new location. Mirrors would not stay adjusted (I used duct tap to keep them in place) Tires had something in them (water?) that when cold (18 deg F) were so out of balance the vehicle was difficult to control. Bracket fell off ramp making it impossible to stow
