They were 10 mins late opening. The van was absolutely disgusting inside and they closed way before their listed closing time making the return more complicated than it should have been

JODY KThe equipment was pretty clean, I had issues with the app. It needs better direction at first at how to use it. The only reason most people get the app is when they are checking themselves so that should be the main priority of the app. It was not that easy to use at first. And the fact that you had to be at the location to check in was hard because most people want to get there get the key and go. It took at least 20 minutes to check in and get the key etc.
