I left a valuable chair in the truck on accident at dropoff. No one called or said anything, but they charged us a $25 fee. I called to inquire what it was for. The individual I spoke with stated she had no notes left to indicate and told me to call UHAUL’s 1800 number. I called and spoke with an agent. She researched and informed me of the chair which was actually denoted in the file. I seriously believe that if she had not said anything, the individuals at this drop off location would've keep my property, charged me a fee and been sitting in my chair.
