Michael SPlease make sure next time when a female rents the truck to rent the newer of the 2 trucks to them. Everything else was great and the employees were fantastic & knowledgeable.
Crystal HTruck was clean but mechanically questionable at best. Frankly, it felt unsafe for even a local move. Also, the location is a gas station. The fuel was not filled. Instead, they predict what you owe to return the fuel to the same level. For what I paid, that truck must get less than 5 miles to the gallon??? Not worth arguing over just not worth using them again. Thanks!
scott wThe agent was rude when I picked up the trailer. Had to sign extra forms that was not associated with u-haul it was something about an extra damage fee or cleaning no u-haul logo on the form ask way more information was needed, I asked why when I rent a trailer from another location on a regular basis, the agent said they don't know their job or they are not good at their job. I said I highly doubt that since it's a main u-haul service center in Parma Ohio. Upon returning the trailer the agent did not go outside to look or inspect the trailer fot any damage or cleanliness only asked if I had any problems with the trailer I said no problems just the inside was dirty but I cleaned it out before I returned it and that the receipt would be emailed to me and if I can unhook the trailer and put it's in place.
