Uhaul rep at the location was unhelpful and tried to rent me a trailer with no running lights. When brought to his attention he accused my truck being at fault which it was not as it could be clearly seen the wiring harness from the trailer was damaged. Had a very stressful time shuffling trailers trying to find one that was operational Injured myself pulling and pushing other trailers to access one that was operational and legal. Attendant was too busy working the gas station till to assist me He never gave me paperwork and charged me for CDW insurance I did not ask for or approve of . Only wanted trailer for 1 day and was charged for 2 That took more time to resolve after I returned The worst renting experience I have ever had.

dan mWorker was not very helpful. It seemed like it was a bother to assist with the return of the trailer. It took forever to get through to the U-Haul customer service to set up the drop off location as my call kept getting dropped. The worker’s response was that he could get it set up for the trailer to be dropped off at the location for an extra fee before even attempting to call U-Haul himself.
