As long as you are reasonable, they will go out of their way to help. I was inconvenienced due to a computer problem at the gas station and they saved me some money by refunding a whole day of rental since it was the morning. And they even held and returned my hitch receiver when I called in due to forgetting it was attached to the truck. EXCELLENT SERVICE !!
