The app was extremely difficult to use as it would not allow me to upload any pictures. Pick up time was 8, I got there earlier to complete the check in but that took me so long. You should give a heads up of how long the check in process is - if you can upload certain things in advance such as drivers license and verify before it would save time and stress.

Jennifer TLeft tail light did not work on the trailer. Was advised that U-Haul claimed it could be intermittent, or that it was my vehicle. I have my own trailer, and have pulled U-Haul behind this same vehicle (which is a 2025 with factory hitch & wiring), and have not had this issue. Was definately a bulb (most likely) or wiring on the trailer. However location would not try to change the bulb
