Caitlin EPick up was great! Drop off was a complete shit show. Went to the drop off location and was told to go to the other one on the opposite side of the highway. They said that the correct drop off was at the first location on the OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY!! what a waste of time….
