How U-Haul Reviews WorkLocation was just fine. Easy to get the vehicle keys and get the truck out of the lot. The U-Haul app is super logistically friendly. However; the speed is not great. I was in a 5G area and had such a slow experience to check out the vehicle. Again, the app is very user friendly for check out and check in. But very slow. I lucked out that the gas station attendant was checking for keys at check in. That saved me quite a bit of time on my return. The checkout took 45 minutes to get the truck. Way too long on a busy moving day.
