Extremely kind and the type of customer service one typically expects from a service provider. Both the female and male at this property greeted us and was helpful and kind even though we were dropping of a truck they weren't expecting due to the lack of effort on the pick up location counter person. Great job in Morgantown. Redeemed the experience for us after a long move. Thanks uhaul.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkAfter a bad experience at another U-Haul this morning, I was extremely impressed with the staff at the Exit 1 Storage facility. Very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this site anytime. I called customer service and was very pleased to have Jenn assist me with refund.
Theresa LStaff were very helpful and courteous and the pick-up and return was much easier than expected (and we've rented many vans within the tri-state area—this was the best experience by far).
Michelle FAC in truck did not work. Everything else was good. Staff at this location is friendly and courteous.
Roger CVery helpful staff. Thank you so much. Answered my questions about upcoming UHaul drop off.
