I had two problems. First, my original request and paperwork showed that I was to pick-up the truck down the street at the U-Haul store. When I got there, they said I needed to go to the other place 2 miles away. I went there. Was told it would cost $100 more than the quotation, but later I found out the credit card was run for the original amount so that caused some confusion. I had ordered some furniture pads. Was told they didn't have any available. I had also ordered some boxes and wrapping paper. Was told they don't carry that. So my second complaint is that I had to go back to the original store. They also didn't have the furniture pads, but I was able to get the boxes and wrapping paper. Not sure how neither place could have the furniture pads even though I ordered/reserved them. The inside of the cab was a little muddy. And the engine sounded terrible. Wasn't sure I'd make it over the NC mountains. But it ran fine, I guess.
