When I go to a U-Haul to pick up my reserved truck the door was wide open and the employee finally pulls in a U-Haul from a wal mart shopping trip I waited like 10 mins for this man to show up I had a job that I had to cancel because he was late and when he finally he took like half hour to give us our truck this is ridiculous then he tell that would change method of payment after telling me that he would such a liar I will step foot in this place again and to top it off I thought I saw a cock roach in the truck and we checked the truck in early and he comes out of office and hand out wanting keys wanting to stand outside while he checks the had rented what would he have done if we turned it in on time a very stressful time
