How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe van I rented had not been cleaned out from the las rental. There were charcoal bridal over the inside. In addition, during the online reservation process I declined the insurance coverage. The rental location added it back in. I will report to attorney general office.
Darrell PI arrived at this location and they said the truck I reserved was at a different location in Myrtle Beach. No one at UHaul informed me of this change. Not Storage Rentals of America's fault.

Daniel MI opted out of getting the insurance, but it was added to my order without my consent.
