The trailer I rented was missing a safety hook to connect to the vehicle. I had to use my own. Also there were no right hand lights on the trailer. I had to rely on my vehicle lights for advising vehicles behind of my intentions. There was no other trailers there to swap with and I had to get a job done. The agent was quick and efficient, but I still had to let the agent enter my Visa card manually. I normally will not allow this, as it creates an opportunity for fraudulent activities. I will not allow this in the future.

Mike SIt took awhile to process my rental even though I had registered online. The store attendant was very nice and knowledgeable but was constantly interrupted by the host business customers. We started over a number of times. Location is convenient.
Dean Pwas way more money then anyone told me it would be was told around 300 dollars plus gas then it was 719 dollars plus 190 gas money
