We were greeted by a rude man who told us if we came same time next week (9:40 am) they would be closed. We needed a van for just this one day. Then, we were instructed to pay through a plexiglass window, with a hole in it to sign. Finally, we were sent to a van that he pointed at, and we were on our own. Just a really bad vibe to the place.

Kevin WThe service was pretty efficient overall, and the rental process went smoothly. That said, the customer service could use some work. The employee who helped me came across as a bit rude—not out of malice, I think, but more a matter of people skills. A little more warmth and friendliness would go a long way. Would consider using them again, but hopefully with a better interaction next time.
JAMIE VGet rid of the online check-in/check out. I shouldn’t have to do the rental agent’s work on my cell phone. I struggle seeing close up so trying to read all the small print on my phone so I can take photos of my license, the truck before and after, mileage and fuel level is a real hassle. If you’re going to require all this, why have an actual rental agent?
