The knob on the driver’s side window is broken. A replacement would be nice.

The pickup and drop off process is very seamless. This location is very professional and has great customer service. The gentleman opened the door for me at 7:58 AM, I assumed he saw I was press for time. I look forward to doing more business in the near future.
Rajeim HFirst time renter. I was nervous about reversing and employee parked van for me so that I could just pull out. Street by location is tricky since big construction right in front during the week. Van had some bottles in front but otherwise it was clean. Returning it was easy.
