The inside needed some urgent cleaning. The tire pressure indicated that the left rear tire needed air. Other than that, it was a fair experience. Could be alot better. However, I was treated very respectfully and professionally.
Paul JUpon drop off the attendant repeatedly asked me to put myself into a dangerous situation involving traffic because they did not want to have to work, to which I refused. I pulled into a safe place, Then they asked that I unhook the trailer we rented that I never even hooked up to begin with. If was a little old lady what would they have done? They would've had to unhook it themselves. So why ask me to do it? Worst drop off experience ever.
