Truck smelled funny. Plastic bumper was falling off and required me to tie it up. Truck mileage and fuel was wrong when I checked it out so I adjusted it in the app and because it was below 1/4 I had to bring it back above a 1/4 but they didn’t reimburse me enough to cover the fuel I had put in it. Also I left my EZ pass in it and some cash $20ish. They called and said I left my ex pass which I appreciated but when I picked up my ex pass I asked about the cash and both young boys denied it.

In a construction laden area with enormous potholes.
Michael TPickup using the app took 37 minutes. I called the day before to ask about pickup, and was told the app would give me a code to unlock the lock box to get the key. It did not, and I wasted a lot of time and frustration on the app trying to find out how to trigger a code, before I knocked on the locked door (it was 1-1/2 hrs before the office's opening time). As soon as I knocked, I found out people were inside, and they gave me the key, which was indoors, not in the lock box. Inside of truck was very clean.
ANDREW MWhen I went to return the truck, the location was closed. There was no signage indicating where I should leave the truck—only the key drop box. I wasn't sure if I was allowed to leave it on the street! I tried to contact U-Haul in several ways, but I couldn't get through!
Roberto SMan at front desk was very rude and ignored me when I asked for the key multiple times and then there was no dolly which I paid for. And when I asked the man at the front desk he just shrugged at me and said to go to U-Haul center.
