The attendant had to manage a gas station, a vape shop and the U-Haul as the only person. And there was no clear direction as to where to park the truck. When I did park, the truck, they then told me it wasn’t parked in the right location and wanted me to move it to a different location. The app is horrendous. It wouldn’t accept the pictures, but apparently it went through in the end, but just on the app it didn’t say it went through. It’s very time-consuming and there was nobody to help you through it.

Where to start. Two guys; one doing all the work while the taller guy pretends to be doing something while on his phone watching video clips. Rude and abrasive when pulled away from his phone, not just to me, also to his colleague who was doing all the work. His colleague had to beg him to help with the other customers. When this "employee " left the store unattended to check on how long it will take for the guy who was doing it all. He became angry with me for where I was told to park the toy hauler. The overall experience made me wish I just kept it and taken it down to my final destination. Leaving a lot out. Let's just say; video dude you should be terminated. One that's company time you're being paid to work. The list is long and I am thankful that I won't ever have to return there. Short guy is run ragged.
