We dropped off the truck 22.5 hours BEFORE it was due. We dropped it off at 3:30 on 6/10 and did not get a confirmation receipt until 2pm on 6/11. There was no rental assistance on site when we dropped off. VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE!!!!!
Nicole SThe stated operation hours were 11am to 5pm. I was there at 1:15pm and the doors were locked. I found an auto mechanic in the service bay and he could not help me, but said Scott would be back soon. I waited over an hour and he never showed up. I used the Uhaul website and rented the trailer, talked to a representative and was allowed to hook up the trailer myself and drive it away. The over all condition of the trailer was good just dirty. There was some kind of black splatter all over the fenders of the trailer and it was not swept out, looked like someone hauled plants or something in it and did not clean it. At least they had the trailer I needed and I was able to get my things home.
William CI dropped the truck off in the middle of the day on a Thursday and there was no one there. I called and no one picked up. I left a message and never receive a return call. I'm assuming, since I am receiving this survey, that the return was successful, but I really have no idea.
