They didnt have the U-Haul I requested originally and made me reset and reenter the information again which majorly delayed the process. They kept all the keys in a clear kitchen banquet style container and had to dig for a long time. There was no organization at all. And the woman running the front desk touched me as she walked past me for a long time. She was already condescending but there was no need to physically move me by the shoulders when she was the one that told me to stand where I was in the first place. Wild not go back to that location.
