Jason SThey moved my pickup to a location with a later pickup time, it took over 2 hours of online and customer service calls to get my truck because all the location computers were down, the location they moved me to did not have the dolly I reserved and the location owner was less than helpful and and ass.Then the next day they charged me for a second day when they wasted half of my first one when I had the moving help. Worst experience I’ve ever had with uhaul.
