Equipment was fine but employee was not. I had called about early pick up and upon arrival Michael had an attitude because we came early even though we called. He deflected every comment to blame us as the customer. After checkout he handed us the key and said the truck is somewhere outside: when we said there were many other locations we could rent from his response was “good, go somewhere else then.” This is not a U-Haul issue this is an Ace Hardware issue.

Better truck
