They didn't have the equipment I wanted and I got charged for extras I didn't ask for and the trailer i got was supposed to be $100 less than I got charged.

Our only issue was that we had difficulty logging into the app to complete our check in as this was a pickup when they were closed. I don’t know whether the app was having issues or whether there were connection problems but it took 45 minutes to check in. I don’t want to blame this establishment however as I don’t know what the issue was.
Michael BDriving down 81 south with Mac trucks on both sides, hit bump on bridge, door on U-Haul pops open. Door ajar alert on dash. Faulty latch on new truck. Happened twice. Good thing I had my seat belt on. You risk your life with a U-Haul.
