Really Enjoyed talking to Kim’s AFM Jason Friday when I picked up my trailer He is very knowledgeable about Uhal.
TIMOTHY SThe vehicles should be more up-to-date with their maintenance, and the staff should try to communicate better with the customer. The staff tried charging my credit card without even telling me the total, and then got irritated because it was declined. Maybe if you had told me the total first, you wouldn't have had to re-enter the information again.
