Sarina SThe Yourspace employees were great, but the u-haul technology was terrible. Make sure your app works. I originally signed up for the self-service check in, but my screen got stuck on the verify page and when I messaged the live agent there was no response. Thank goodness Yourspace was open at this time. Even the employees were having trouble with the u-haul system as it kept crashing and would not upload the pictures of my license. It took a good 10-15 minutes. This is unacceptable. You need to make sure your server works if you require images to be uploaded.
