Gentleman went out of his way to assist us in doing a mobile return of a toy hauler on a Sunday night 9pm. Also arranged to return our 15' truck that was assigned to be returned to a separate location. This was very helpful and appreciated.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkYour representative showed camera footage and gave my personal information to someone not on my account ! They also gave them a copy of my receipt that is so unexceptionable!! This has cause many issues as she is stalking and they allowed her to view my drop off footage witch showed what vehicle I left the lot in !
Heather MGas was below 3/4 and not stated as in the contract.
Ethan PThe staff and location were both excellent, the vehicle served its purpose but the air conditioning was not working.
