See comments on being charged an extra day when this was not explained at all that if not dropped off prior to exact pickup time I would pay an extra day. Purchased insurance and paid $1500 for a one week one-way trailer and feel the extra day charge for being a couple hours after the pick up time 7 days later unfair given not explained or indicated anywhere in the receipt or paperwork.

JORGE CEither work on the app so that it works in all pick up/drop off locations, or provide Wi-Fi for customers to log into so that using the mobile app (especially in remote locations) is less frustrating. I could not use the mobile app to drop off in Oak Creek because the “circle of doom” just kept spinning around and I got nowhere in the check in process. Check out was slow as well because the online process kept lagging. Employees were kind and courteous in both locations.
