The representative was rude. I told him that the UHUAL website was not working so I am able to check-in online but I was getting error messages each try. I would not come back to this location/site nor recommend. Moving is already stressful and having this experience did not help. As I have used UHAUL prior to my previous moves, this interaction warranted this response.

It’s fine for what it is but your company is a damn scam. It’s not 19.95 and you know it. The truck felt like a death trap and I experienced all the personal warmth of a commercial freezer in the process. Seriously, your company sucks
