When I originally made my reservation I accidentally put return truck instead of one way. When I arrived at the Ferndale Glen Burnie office, they told me I had to go to Odenton Md to pick up a truck for one way. I rode to Odenton and was told instead of my cost of $80, it would now be $169 because it's one way ( I was not told this by the Glen Burnie store) So my bill went from $19 + mileage for a small rental truck $80 to $169. This is ridiculous! I feel like this is the old bait and switch. I cannot recommend U-Haul truck rental to anybody. I feel like I was robbed. I think U-Haul should have honored my first estimate $80 especially since I was not told of the price increase until I arrived in Odenton Md. I look forward to hearing from a U-Haul representative soon. Thank you.

Alexander LThe night before I was scheduled to pick up the truck I received a text message saying my pickup location was changed from around the corner to Essex Md, which is over an hour away from where I was!!!!! I called the number listed and they found one 30 min from me. I made the reservation over a week before. This entire event will cause me to think twice about renting a truck in the future. You are not dependable. I used the truck for two days and yet you charged me for 4 days!!!! That's nothing but price gouging!!
george sThe UHaul app was bothersome when uploading photos for pick up. I had to do a live chat just to finish the process. Then when dropping it off nothing was working on the app and when I walked in and talked to the guy at the register he said the system crashed/ was down. Other than that the experience was good and I got my stuff moved.
