Spent 9 1/2 hours waiting for U-Haul to come and change a tire was seven hours away from home . Was told they were coming out to change the tire then after three hours they said they had to dispatch a tow truck to tow us to the nearest exit then had to wait for them to come out after several more hours just to change the tire after we were towed. They came out and only took them 15 minutes . Awful experience and was given excuses of why we had to wait so long on a highway with my family and dog.
