I didn’t end up needing the “flat utility cart”, so I did not take one! I didn’t return one because I left it in the Uhaul office! This is My second time renting from Ponyfatm Road, Uhaul and the STAFF ARE INCREDIBLE! The young lady who helped me sign out my truck, made sure the tire pressure was PERFECT in all four tires! DONNA MTire pressure light on
Clinton LI attempted to pick up a U Haul van from another site (Hamden Filling Station} using the U haul App and was unsuccessful due to a weak signal in that area. It is almost impossible to send the scanned photos. I finally move to an area about 1 mile away to get a better signal to load the items requested, but now I was too far away to get the code needed to pick up the U Haul. After three hours of a very frustrating experience ( even with you support team's help), I had to give up and find another place to rent from. The on-line App may work okay in a city where the signal is strong, but doesn't work well in the rural area. Working with the manned U Haul place of business was very easy and I was able to get under way in minimal time.
