DALE BBilling error of over $700 on my charge card. Rental was for 2 days with less than 40 miles returned to same location. This location needs 2 attendants to handle customers so these types of errors aren't made in such a rush.

mark fThe location itself was great, the U-Haul system was very disappointing. It took over an hour and a half to pick up the truck. Not because of the man running the store, but because the U-Haul system was slow. All of us tried to check in on the app and it wasn't working for any of us. I requested a standard dolly and furniture pads, those weren't available. I was very disappointed overall with U-Haul. I know it wasn't the fault of the guy running the store, he was doing the best he could with the system.
