Easy, no-hassle drop off.
Gary GNo place to park or turn around on the lot so had to pull in and back out. The location on Tamiami is on a very busy road and it took several minutes to get a safe break in traffic to leave the location. Otherwise the experience was great. Person in attendance was polite and very efficient in getting the trailer off and relocated so I could back out.
Robert YWhen you use the app on your phone and loose the connection you are not able to go back in and complete the on line checkin, it only lets you check out. I thought it was odd that I brought the truck back with more gas than it had when I picked it up and was charged for not having enough gas. Why cannot a truck have a full tank when picked up and then have a full tank when returned? It would take the guess work out of the equation.
