James CThe people were friendly professional the area was clean and looked well maintained unfortunately the inside of the reception area reeked of stale and recent cigarette smoke very uncomfortable had to do a lot of shallow breathing so I wouldn't have to go outside for a breath of fresh air and then come back in
James KDropped of trailer to location after hours and the representative whom was most likely the on-site manager was very kind and polite, even went so far as to assist me with disconnecting the trailer from the hitch that I was having difficulty with. He went out of his way to assist and was very kind.
Mark MThe trailer shook violently at low speeds indicating either tires with Flat spots or perhaps one of the axles was bent. However, the location and staff were first rate, processed my request quickly, and I would use this location again.
