Dropped of trailer to location after hours and the representative whom was most likely the on-site manager was very kind and polite, even went so far as to assist me with disconnecting the trailer from the hitch that I was having difficulty with. He went out of his way to assist and was very kind.

The trailer shook violently at low speeds indicating either tires with Flat spots or perhaps one of the axles was bent. However, the location and staff were first rate, processed my request quickly, and I would use this location again.
MARK W2nd drop off location. First was impossible a d wasted 2 hours of my time. Clara's car care center..... bad! Never again
Richard BI was unable to get the equipment as I did not have the U-Haul app loaded and could not do it at the site. During reservation process no mention of need for app was made, I would have had it ready had I known I would need it. Called U Haul customer service and the response was to send 48 sec video link on how to use the app to get equipment. Wound up going to another location and getting different equipment from a live person.
David RI have been renting from this location for years and the staff has always been helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend.
