The manager of the facility was extremely helpful with advice on setting up the trailer I rented = loading & unloading and proper use of my hitch, making my work lot easier.

Kendall GI rented a car hauler, one of the ramps (Left side) when pulled out comes out all the way out, the spring that prevents it form popping out of place its not there. This can potentially hurt someone.
